Tolcarne Avenue, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of July, 1929.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the third day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, the street affected by such resolution being more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, viz.:
“That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to both sides of Tolcarne Avenue, in the City of Dunedin, where such street abuts on parts of Lot 2, L.T.P. 2519, Upper Kaikorai District, as the said street is shown on the plan annexed hereto, and is thereon coloured brown and edged with red ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the street described in the Schedule hereto within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said street.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that street in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Tolcarne Avenue, adjoining part Allotment 5, Allotments 6–13 (inclusive), part Allotment 18, and Allotments 19 and 24 of a proposed subdivision of Lot 2, L.T. plan 2519. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 75962, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured brown and edged red.

Buckingham Street Extension, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the eleventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, the street affected by such resolution being more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, viz.:
“The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of Buckingham Street Extension as described in O.I.C. 1400, and fronting the land comprised in C.T. 383/107 ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting either side of Buckingham Street Extension (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said street.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that street in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Buckingham Street Extension, adjoining Lots 12 to 7, 1 to 3, and part 4, being part Lot 6, D.P. 145,
part Section 5, Evans Bay R.D., Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 75813, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Western Side of Portion of Bradley Street, in the Borough of Paeroa, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of July, 1929.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Paeroa Borough Council on the eighth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, viz.:
“The Paeroa Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Paeroa, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of street known as Bradley Street adjoining part of Lot 21 of the subdivision of Te Arero-o-Huatata Number 1 Block Number 3731 and Te Arero-o-Huatata Number 2 Block Number 3731, situated in the Waihou Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Vol. 87, folio 85 ;”
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western side of the portion of Bradley Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
THE western side of all that portion of street in the Auckland Land District, Borough of Paeroa, known as Bradley Street, adjoining part Lot 21, D.P. 1240, being part Te-Arero-o-Huatata No. 2 Block. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74587, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Northern Side of Portion of Fulford Street, in the Borough of New Plymouth, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the New Plymouth Borough Council on the seventeenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, viz.:
“That the New Plymouth Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the street hereinafter mentioned, hereby resolves and declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight, subsection one, of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of the northern side of Fulford Street to which Section 370, New Plymouth, has frontage ”;
