be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of
such winding-up."

"The company, having disposed of its undertakings and
the majority of its assets to Kent's Bakeries, Limited, it is
advisable to wind up the same, and that the company accord-
ingly be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. CHARLES
KINGSLEY MILLS, of Auckland, Public Accountant, shall be
and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such
winding-up."
