Land proclaimed as a Road in Block XVI, Tokatoka Survey District, North Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Tokatoka Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 2 acres 2 roods 7 perches.

Portion of Section 54, situated in Block XVI, Tokatoka Survey District. (S.O. 24657.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 9/531, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2300, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of July, 1929.

Land in the Marlborough Land District proclaimed as ceasing to be set apart as National-endowment Land.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, as amended by section ten of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1926, it is enacted that on the disposal of any national-endowment land by way of sale, or on the acquisition of the fee-simple of any such land, the Governor-General may by Proclamation declare that such land shall, as from a date to be specified in the Proclamation, cease to be national-endowment land:

And whereas the fee-simple of the land described in the Schedule hereto, being land heretofore held under small grazing-run lease, has been acquired, and it is expedient that the said land should cease to be national-endowment land:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the aforesaid section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the nineteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, the land described in the Schedule hereto, which was set apart as national-endowment land under the provisions of section two hundred and fifty-eight of the Land Act, 1908, ceased to be national-endowment land.


SCHEDULE.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.—NATIONAL ENDOWMENT.

SECTION 7, Block VIII, Orieri Survey District: Area, 2 acres 3 roods 20 perches.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of July, 1929.

IT is hereby notified that, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by section 35 of the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921-22, the undermentioned person has been appointed a Ranger under and for the purposes of that Act for the Hawke’s Bay Acclimatization District:—

Appointment as Ranger under the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921-22.


IN exercise of the powers vested in me by the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921-22, I, Philip Aldborough de la Perrelle, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

John Louis Hahn,

State Forest Service, Auckland, to be a Ranger under the said Act, to exercise his duties generally throughout New Zealand.
