THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

Stream; again towards the east by Crown land (Gazette, 1927, page 2121); towards the south-west by Provisional State Forest No. 80 (Gazette, 1927, page 2519) and Crown land; towards the north-west by Crown land and part of Whirinaki No. 1, Section 4; and again towards the north-west and north-east and towards the north by the edge of the bush. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan 47/26, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of July, 1929.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as roads the land in the Hunua Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as roads:—

A. R. P. Portion of
51 0 0 Wanganui River Trust Domain; coloured red.
3 0 28 ", ", blue.
7 1 29 ", ", yellow.
4 3 10 ", ", purple.

Situated in Block I, Hunua Survey District.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/440, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2321, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of July, 1929.

Crown Land set apart for the Purposes of a Road in Block XIII, Motupiko Survey District, and St. Arnaud Township.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a road; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine.
