Notice respecting Proposed Alteration of Boundaries of Auckland and Suburban Drainage District.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Auckland and Suburban Drainage Board has presented a memorial requesting an alteration of boundaries of the Auckland and Suburban Drainage District by the inclusion therein of the area described in the Schedule hereto. All persons affected are hereby called upon to lodge any written objections to or petitions against the proposed alteration which they desire to lodge within one month from the first publication of this notice. Such objections or petitions are to be addressed and forwarded to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Wellington.

SCHEDULE.

AREA PROPOSED TO BE INCLUDED IN AUCKLAND AND SUBURBAN DRAINAGE DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the One Tree Hill Road District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the existing boundary of the Auckland and Suburban Drainage District at the most southerly point of Lot 20 on plan Number 16452, deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland; on the north-east by the north-eastern boundary of Allotment 17A, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland, to its intersection with the north-western boundary of portion Allotment 7, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland, shown on plan No. 3286, deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland; thence on the north-west by the said north-western boundary of said portion Allotment 7, on the north-east by the Great South Road to its intersection with the south-eastern boundary of aforesaid Allotment 17A; thence on the south-east and the south-west by the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of said Allotment 17A to the intersection of the latter with the existing boundary of the Auckland and Suburban Drainage District; thence generally on the north-west by the said existing boundary of the Auckland and Suburban Drainage District to the point of commencement.

Notice of the Taking and Laying-off of a Road in Block XIII, Ikitara Survey District, Rangitikei County.

NOTICE is hereby given, by direction of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, under the authority of section 93 of the Public Works Act, 1908, that the road described in the Schedule hereto was taken and laid off through the land specified in the said Schedule, under the authority of the Governor of the said Dominion, by Warrants dated the 22nd day of January, 1907, and the 30th day of November, 1907.

Applying the Provisions of Section 119 of the Public Works Act, 1928, to the Dannevirke-Waipukurau via Porangahau Main Highway between Dannevirke and Weber.

WHEREAS by resolution dated 29th June, 1929, the Main Highways Board recommends, in pursuance of section 7 of the Main Highways Amendment Act, 1925, that the provisions of section 119 of the Public Works Act, 1928, be applied to that portion of the Dannevirke-Waipukurau via Porangahau Main Highway between Dannevirke and Weber :
