Recreation Reserves in Auckland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of July, 1929.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserves for recreation in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserves shall hereafter form part of the Hamilton Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Hamilton Domain Board.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALLOTMENTS 9A and part 10A, Hamilton West Town Belt: Area, 3 roods 26·4 perches.
Also Allotment 8A, Hamilton West Town Belt: Area, 5·99 perches.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserves for recreation in the Westland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby brought under the operation of, and declared to be subject to, the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserves shall hereafter be known as the Punakaiki Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.
SCHEDULE.
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.
RESERVE 1001, Town of Punakaiki: Area, 3 roods 25·5 perches, more or less.
Also Reserve 1500, Block I, Punakaiki Survey District: Area, 6 acres 2 roods 6 perches, more or less.

RESERVE 4224, Block IX, Teviotdale Survey District: Area, 2 acres 2 roods 8 perches.
