proclaim and declare that the middle-line of the road desired to be constructed over Block V, Waiwera Survey District—viz., a deviation of the Wainui-Tahekeroa Road shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
• SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point on the existing Wainui-Tahekeroa Road marked 2 m. 46·65 chs., and proceeding thence generally in a south-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 2 miles 15 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c.—viz.: Middle portion Section 118, eastern portion Section 118, Section 119, northern portion Section 117, middle portion Section 117, southern portion Section 117, Sections 37, 37A, and parts Section 38, Parish of Waiwera, Block V, Waiwera Survey District, and terminating at a point marked 4 m. 62 chs. on the Helensville – Waiwera Main Highway: including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the North Auckland Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 75941 (2 sheets), deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of July, 1929.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the City of Wellington described in the Schedule hereto.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Kaihu Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of workers’ dwellings, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waiapu, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fifth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 10 acres 0 roods 33 perches.
Being portion of Anaura A Block.
