Land in Nelson Land District forfeited.

NOTICE is hereby given that the leases of the under-mentioned lands having been declared forfeited by resolution of the Nelson Land Board, the said lands have thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT.

Lease No. L.P. 558. Section 19, Block III, Kongahu Survey District. Formerly held by H. Creber. Reason for forfeiture: Non-payment of rent.

Lease No. R.L. 783. Sections 15 and 16, Block IV, Mawheraiti Survey District. Formerly held by Thomas Finlay. Reason for forfeiture: Non-compliance with conditions of lease.

Lease No. R.L. 933. Section 3, Block VIII, Mokihinui Survey District. Formerly held by L. B. Mosley (deceased). Reason for forfeiture: Non-compliance with conditions of lease.

Lease No. R.L. 627. Section 6, Block I, Matakitaiki Survey District. Formerly held by A. H. Manley. Forfeiture by request.

Lease No. R.L. 885. Section 25, Block V, Inangahua Survey District. Formerly held by S. J. Provis. Reason for forfeiture: Non-payment of rent.
