NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND
FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
All that piece of land, situated in the North Auckland Land
District, containing by admeasurement 132 acres 0 roods 20
perches, more or less, being Section 16, Block XIV, Manga-
kahia Survey District (being portion of State Forest No. 22,
Gazette, 1906, p. 1429), bounded generally as follows : Towards
the north-west and north-east by other portion of State
Forest No. 22; towards the south-east by Section 4 of Block
XIV aforesaid; and towards the south and south-west by a
road. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan
No. 8/9, deposited in the Head Office, State Forest Service,
Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of
January, 1929.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section two hundred and seven of the Public Works
Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway
enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson,
Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of the left
bank of the Oroua River described in the Schedule hereto
shall be protected.

under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of
