  1. No person shall sell, or expose or offer for sale, trout,
    perch, tench, or any part thereof.
  2. Any regulation regarding the number or weight of trout
    which a person may take or catch in any one day or other
    specified period which has been made by general regulations
    under the Fisheries Act, 1908, and its amendments or regu-
    lations, shall not apply to the said district.
  3. If any person shall be convicted of an offence against
    these regulations the license (if any) held by the offender shall
    thereupon become void.
  4. The penalty for the breach of any of these regulations
    shall not be more than £50.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

NORTH CANTERBURY ACCLIMATIZATION SOCIETY.

ALL that area in the Nelson, Marlborough, and Canterbury
Land Districts bounded by a line commencing at Whitcombe
Pass and proceeding north-easterly along the summit of the
Southern Alps and the Spencer Mountains to Mount Hum-
boldt; thence along a right line to Barefell Pass, a right line
to Palmer Saddle, and thence down the Conway River to its
mouth; thence southerly along the sea-coast to Rakaia River,
and up that river to its source at Whitcombe Pass, the point
of commencement.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

THE mouth or entrance of the Ashley River, or at any place
in such river seaward of a straight line drawn from the
southernmost corner of Rural Section No. 716, Rangiora
Survey District, on the northern bank of the said Ashley
River; thence through the south - easternmost corner of
Rural Section No. 23889, Rangiora Survey District, to a
point on the southern bank of the said Ashley River.

THIRD SCHEDULE.

LICENSE TO FISH.

The Fisheries Act, 1908, and its Amendments.

and other acclimatized fish in every acclimatization district
in New Zealand, except in Rotorua Acclimatization District

Recreation Reserve in Wellington Land District brought under
Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National
Parks Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 21st day of
May, 1929.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE SIR J. G. WARD, PRESIDING
IN COUNCIL.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by
the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves,
Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, General Sir
Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby
order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the
Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereto
shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation
of, and declared to be subject to, the provisions of Part II
of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter be known
as the Waimeha Domain, and be managed, administered,
and dealt with as a public domain.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by
admeasurement 9 acres 0 roods 2·4 perches, more or less,
situated in the Town of Waimeha, and the Town of Waimeha
Extension No. 1, being part of Subdivisions 14c, 76a, and
76b, Ngarara West A Block, Block V, Kaitawa Survey Dis-
trict, and being the whole of the land marked as a recreation
reserve on deposited plans 6570 and 7462, and coloured red
thereon.

Alienation in favour of the Crown.

ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase
Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-
three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power
in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His
Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prohibit,
for the period of one year from the date of this Order in
Council, all alienations of the Native lands specified in the
Schedule hereto other than alienations in favour of the Crown.
