A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the North Auckland Main Trunk Railway (Kirikopuni Section) and for a road-diversion in connection therewith.

Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Block III, Mapara Survey District (Te Kuiti – Bulls Main Highway, Aramatai Deviation).

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of the road desired to be constructed over Block III, Mapara Survey District, shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point on the Mangapeehi Road (Te Kuiti – Bulls Main Highway), and proceeding thence in a southerly direction generally for a distance of about 1 mile 78 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c., viz.: Rangitoto-Tuhua 72B 3C Block, Section 1, Rangitoto-Tuhua 72B 3D and 72B 3A Blocks, and Subdivision 2 of Section 3, Block III, Mapara Survey District, and terminating at a point on the existing Aramatai Road; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses; all in the Taranaki Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74504, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of May, 1929.
