Land taken for Street Purposes at Chaytor Street, in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 0 15·52 Section 32; coloured red.
0 0 10·41 Section 32; coloured yellow.
0 0 19·83 Section 32; coloured blue.
0 0 4·83 Lot 1, D.P. 949, and being part Section 32 (marked “Right of Way” on D.P. 1239); coloured red.

Situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District. (Karori R.D.), (City of Wellington). (S.O. 2430.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 75329, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of May, 1929.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Rangiora Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 acre 0 roods 0·7 perches.
Being portion of Reserve 120; coloured pink.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed:—
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
1 1 23 Reserve 120; coloured green.
0 0 14 Lot 1, D.P. 4130, being part R.S. 1259; coloured green.

All situated in Block XI, Rangiora Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 901/431.)

All in the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74088, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of May, 1929.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government roads described in the Schedule hereto, such roads being no longer required.
