NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of the above company the following resolution was passed:—
“That, it being proved to the satisfaction of members that the company, by reason of its liabilities, cannot continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up same, and that Mr. A. G. ALDRIDGE be appointed Liquidator.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between JOACHIN GEORGE SORENSEN and CHARLES ABSOLUM SPENCER SHAW, carrying on business as Shipowners and Carriers by water in the O. V. “Iranui,” out of the Port of Auckland, under the style or firm of “Sorensen and Shaw” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 30th day of April, 1929, and that the said business will in future be carried on by the said Joachin George Sorensen.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned ALEXANDER ANSON HUTCHINSON and WILLIAM JOHN BUCHANAN HUTCHINSON, both of Little River, Farmers, carrying on business at Little River as Farmers under the style or firm of “Hutchinson Brothers” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 17th day of April, 1929. All accounts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by the said Alexander Anson Hutchinson, who will continue to carry on the said business.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership business previously carried on by the undersigned at the Eltham Road, Kaponga, as Coachbuilders and Blacksmiths, under the name of “Powell and Shepherd,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 1st day of May, 1929. Mr. A. Powell has taken over the business and will carry on under his own name at the same premises. All accounts owing by the firm will be paid by Mr. A. Powell. All accounts owing to the firm must be paid to Mr. J. Hessell, Solicitor, Kaponga, forthwith.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a general meeting of the above society duly convened and held at Dunedin on the 11th day of March, 1929, the following resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent general meeting of the members of the said society also duly convened and held at the same place on the 29th day of April, 1929, the same resolution was duly confirmed, namely:—
“That the Dunedin Trades Hall Board of Trust, Incorporated, be wound up voluntarily, and that JOHN ROBINSON be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up; and, further, that all moneys and property not disposed of shall, after payment of the expenses of winding-up, be disposed of by division amongst the industrial unions of workers referred to in the rules of the society in proportion to their representation at the annual meeting.”

It was further resolved, “That Mr. JOHN ANDERSON and Mr. L. C. H. DAWSON, Public Accountants, of Auckland, be and are hereby appointed Liquidators of the company.”
