Also all that area, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 1 rood 13.6 perches, more or less, being part of Section 15, Hutt Registration District, and being Lot 1, D.P. 7387, situated in the Borough of Lower Hutt and bounded as follows: Towards the north and east by Lot 1, D.P. 7217; towards the south by Lot 3, D.P. 37 and Park Road; and towards the north-west by Lot 6, D.P. 3770. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan numbered 234/26, deposited in the Wellington District Office of the Department of Lands and Survey, and thereon bordered red.
Also all that area, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 0 roods 4.5 perches, more or less, being part of Section 15, Hutt Registration District, and being Lot 2, D.P. 7387, and part Lot 13, D.P. 3770, and part Lot 4, D.P. 37 (D.P. 4310), and also Lot 12, D.P. 3770, and being the whole of the land in certificates of title 254/20, 261/141, and 355/75. As the same is delineated on plan numbered 22/3417, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
