A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Kanieri Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 10 acres 1 rood.

Adjoining Sections 1982, 2102, 1939, and 2103, Block XV, Kanieri Survey District.

In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/1661, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2311, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of May, 1929.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the national-endowment land described in the Schedule hereto as a provisional State forest.


SCHEDULE.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT.—NELSON-MARLBOROUGH FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.

Provisional State Forest No. 184.

ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 248 acres, more or less, being part of Section 18, Block I, Waitakere Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north, north-east, and east by part Section 18, Block I aforesaid, Privilege No. 5871; towards the south by a road; and towards the west by Sections 10, 9, 4, and 3, Block I aforesaid. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan 112/2, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of May, 1929.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.

Part Provisional State Forest No. 93.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 47 acres 2 roods 18 perches, more or less, being portions of Section 1, Block III, Ranginui Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the south-east and south by provisional State Forest No. 93 (Gazette, 1923, page 321); and towards the north-west by a public road: save and excepting the intersecting public road. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan 45/12, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of May, 1929.
