ERRATUM.—In the Order in Council, dated the 24th day
of April, 1929, and published in Gazette No. 28, of the
26th day of the same month, authorizing the laying-off of a
street in the City of Wellington of a width of less than 66 ft.,
but not less than 50 ft., subject to a condition as to the
building-line, omit the words “the land fronting” in the
eleventh and twelfth lines.

Proclaiming Lands in the Wellington Land District to be subject
to the Hutt Valley Lands Settlement Act, 1925.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by
section three of the Hutt Valley Lands Settlement Act,
1925, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the areas of Crown lands described in the
Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of the
Hutt Valley Lands Settlement Act, 1925, and shall hereafter
form part of the Hutt Valley Settlement.

SCHEDULE.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing
by admeasurement 2 roods 32·2 perches, more or less, being
part of Sections 15 and 77, Hutt Registration District, and
being part of Lot 1, D.P. 985, situated in the Borough of Lower
Hutt, and bounded as follows: Towards the north by other
parts of Sections 77 and 15, for a distance of 722·8 links ;
towards the east by Lot 3, D.P. 985, for a distance of 100 links ;
towards the south by part Lot 2, D.P. 985, for a distance of
679·93 links ; and towards the west by the Seaview Road,
109·53 links. As the same is delineated on plan numbered
169/30, deposited in the Wellington District Office of the
Department of Lands and Survey, and thereon bordered red.

All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing
by admeasurement 1 acre 1 rood 13·6 perches, more or less,
being part of Section 15, Hutt Registration District, and
being Lot 1, D.P.7387, situated in the Borough of Lower Hutt,
and bounded as follows: Towards the north and east by
Lot 1, D.P. 7217 ; towards the south by Lot 3, D.P. 37 and
Park Road ; and towards the north-west by Lot 6, D.P. 3770.
As the same is more particularly delineated on plan numbered
234/26, deposited in the Wellington District Office of the
Department of Lands and Survey, and thereon bordered red.

All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing
by admeasurement 4 acres 0 roods 4·5 perches, more or less,
being part of Section 15, Hutt Registration District, and being
Lot 2, D.P. 7387, and part Lot 13, D.P. 3770, and part Lot 4,
D.P. 37 (D.P. 4310), and also Lot 12, D.P. 3770, and being
the whole of the land in certificates of title 254/20, 261/141,
and 355/75. As the same is delineated on plan numbered
22/3417, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands
and Survey, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of
May, 1929.

twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles
Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in
Waikawa Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
