Land proclaimed as Streets, and Streets closed, in the City of Auckland, North Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as streets the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the streets described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of May, 1929.

Revoking the Setting-apart of Settlement Land for Selection by Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the North Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the eighteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-first day of August, then instant, setting apart settlement lands for selection by discharged soldiers under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the lands in the Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
SECTIONS 25s and 26s, Remuera Settlement, Omapere Survey District: Area, 307 acres 2 roods.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of May, 1929.

Amending a Proclamation proclaiming Land as a Road and Road closed in Block VI, Hakataramea Survey District, Waimate County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Land Act, 1924, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby amend the Proclamation dated the sixteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 4, of the twenty-third day of the same month, proclaiming land as a road and road closed in Block VI, Hakataramea Survey District, by inserting therein the following Schedules in lieu of the Schedules mentioned therein, which are hereby revoked.
