DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership which has been carried on by JOHN McLEOD Ross and CLARENCE SMITH, trading as the “ Nelson Cool Storage and Ice Company ” at the City of Nelson, in the business of Cool-storage Proprietors, was this day dissolved by mutual consent, and that the business will in future be carried on by the said Clarence Smith alone.

All moneys owing to the late firm will be payable to the said Clarence Smith, and all moneys owing by the late firm will be paid by the said Clarence Smith.

As witness our hands, this 12th day of April, 1929.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between CHARLES HENRY SMITH and NATALE DIRACCA, carrying on business at No, 175 Karangahape Road, Auckland, as Restaurant Proprietors, under the name of “ Smith and Diracca ” or “ The Newton Co-operative Fish Mart,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 4th day of May, 1929. The said Natale Diracca is retiring, and the said Charles Henry Smith will carry on the business at the same address under the name of “ C. H. Smith.”

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of HUNTER AND SONS, LIMITED (in Liquidation).

NOTICE is hereby given that by an extraordinary resolution duly passed by the shareholders of HUNTER AND SONS, LIMITED, on the 2nd day of May, 1929, in accordance with the provisions of section 220 of the above Act, it was resolved as follows :—

“ It is hereby resolved that, it being proved to the satisfaction of the company that it cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, it is therefore advisable to wind up the company, and that the company be accordingly wound up voluntarily ; and that Mr. WILLIAM ARCHIBALD KENDON, of Auckland, Public Accountant, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
