THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
[No. 34
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the seventeenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and published in the Gazette of the first day of July then instant, setting apart Crown lands for selection by discharged soldiers under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—CROWN LAND.—OHINEMURI COUNTY.
SECTION 5, Block IV, Hapuakohe Survey District: Area, 473 acres 3 roods.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of May, 1929.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Hundalee Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—

All situated in Block II, Hundalee Survey District.
All in the Marlborough Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 73668, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Stopbank in Block XXXVI, Clutha Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a stopbank; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 2 roods 36 perches.
Being part Sections 5 and 7, Block XXXVI, Clutha Survey District.
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 73877, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
