Robert Penney to be 2nd Lieutenant, and is posted to the 1st C Battalion. Dated 18th December, 1928.

Captain E. M. Christie, from the Southland Regiment, to be Captain, with seniority as from the 20th March, 1927, and is posted to the 5th C Battalion. Dated 2nd April, 1929.

Lieutenant J. E. Barnard, from the Otago Regiment, to be Lieutenant, 1st Battalion, with seniority as from the 15th November, 1925. Dated 22nd March, 1929.
THE OTAGO REGIMENT.
Lieutenant J. E. Barnard, 1st Battalion, is transferred to the Canterbury Regiment. Dated 22nd March, 1929.
2nd Lieutenant M. S. Carrie ceases to be posted to the 1st C Battalion, and is posted to the 2nd C Battalion. Dated 12th April, 1929.
THE SOUTHLAND REGIMENT.
Captain E. M. Christie, 2nd C Battalion, is transferred to the Wellington Regiment. Dated 2nd April, 1929.
2nd Lieutenant H. C. Drewe, 1st C Battalion, resigns his commission. Dated 27th March, 1929.
The appointment of 2nd Lieutenant (on probation) J. J. Buchan, 2nd C Battalion, is confirmed.
THE N.Z. CHAPLAINS’ DEPARTMENT.
The Reverend C. H. Olds, Chaplain, 4th Class, to be Chaplain, 3rd Class. Dated 6th August, 1928.
