ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District containing by admeasurement 6 acres 3 roods 6 perches, more or less, and being Reserve Number 3060 (formerly part Rural Section Number 232), situated in Block VII, Halswell Survey District, and bounded as follows : Towards the north by a road reserve one chain wide ; towards the south-east by Lot 1, Deposit Plan Number 4641, 1532·3 links ; towards the west generally by a road reserve one chain wide, 446·3, 551·4, 421·1, and 93·4 links ; and again towards the north-west by the creek passing through Rural Section Number 232 into Governor’s Bay. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/109, deposited in Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section thirty of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1907, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby vest the lands described in the Schedule hereto in the Corporation of the Borough of Picton, in trust, for the erection and maintenance of municipal buildings thereon.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Land District of Marlborough, containing by admeasurement 4·9 perches, more or less, being Section 1163, Town of Picton.

Also all that area in the Land District of Marlborough, containing by admeasurement 7·8 perches, more or less, being Section 1164, Town of Picton.

As the same are delineated on the plans marked L. and S. 28558/12, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
