Land taken for the Purposes of a Gravel-pit, in Block X, Karioi Survey District, Waimarino County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a gravel-pit, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waimarino as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fourth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 19·8 perches.
Being portion of Rangiwaea 4r 14b 1r 4 Block.
Situated in Block X, Karioi Survey District. (S.O. 2447.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74877, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of April, 1929.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a high school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fourth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine.

Being Lot 5 D.P. 8552, being part Section 21, Hutt District.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 3rd day of April, 1929.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section sixty-one of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct that the moneys received from and after the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, in respect of the Wahipai Domain described in the First Schedule hereto, shall be applied in managing, administering, and improving the Dannevirke Domain described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
WAHIPAI DOMAIN.—HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT.
SUBDIVISION 1 of Section 72, Block XIV, Norsewood Survey District: Area, 7 acres 3 roods 20 perches.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
DANNEVIRKE DOMAIN.—HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION No. 12, Borough of Dannevirke: Area, 40 acres, more or less.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-eight of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
The Franklin County Council
to be the Kaiawa Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the seventeenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the County Office, Pukekohe, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
KAIAUA DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Franklin County, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods 35 perches, more or less, being Lot 12, Town of Wharekawa, shown on Plan 18342, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/872, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
