to be a trustee in place of Joseph Henry Faulkner, whose

tenance and care of the Bunnythorpe Public Cemetery.
John Aynsley
to be a trustee in place of Harry Chilton, whose seat has
become vacant by death, to provide for the maintenance and
care of the Blackball Public Cemetery.

become vacant by resignation, to provide for the maintenance

March, 1929.

to be Clerk of the Magistrates’ Court at Christchurch for
the purposes of the Magistrates’ Courts Act, 1928, as from

District.

George McInnes, Esquire, of Te Kauwhata,

electors for the first election of a Board of Five Commissioners
for the Te Kauwhata Town District; also to appoint Wed-
nesday, the 1st day of May, 1929, as the day, and the War
Memorial Hall, Te Kauwhata, as the place, for holding such
first election; and also to appoint Tuesday, the 7th day of
May, 1929, at 7 o’clock in the afternoon, as the time, and
the aforesaid War Memorial Hall, Te Kauwhata, as the place,
for holding the first meeting of the Board of Commissioners
so elected.
