SCHEDULE.
THE western side of all that portion of street situated in the Taranaki Land District, Borough of New Plymouth, known as Morley Street, fronting Section 521, Town of New Plymouth. Also the northern side of all that portion of street in the said land district and borough known as Barrett Street, fronting Sections 520 and 521, Town of New Plymouth. As the said portions of streets are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74695, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The North-western Side of Portion of Huntly Road, in the County of Taieri, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 18th day of March, 1929.
Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE SIR J. G. WARD, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Taieri County Council on the twenty-second day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, viz.:
"The Taieri County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the County of Taieri, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of road, known as Huntly Road, intersecting Blocks I and V, West Taieri Survey District (so far as the north-west side thereof is concerned), and fronting Section 2 and part Section 3, Block V, West Taieri Survey District, for a distance of 2250 links";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-western side of the portion of Huntly Road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.
SCHEDULE.
THE north-western side of all that portion of road situated in the Otago Land District, County of Taieri, known as Huntly Road, adjoining Section 2 and part Section 3, Block V, West Taieri Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74840, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Southern Side of Portion of Oriental Terrace, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

"The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that part of the southern side of Oriental Terrace, beginning at the north-east corner of Lot 31, D.P. 123, and proceeding for a distance of 21·21 links on a bearing of 75° 06′ 30″;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of the portion of Oriental Terrace (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE southern side of all that portion of street situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Oriental Terrace, commencing at the north-eastern corner of Lot 31, D.P. 123, and proceeding thence for a distance of 21·21 links. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74697, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Shannon Street, fronting Lot 35, D.P. 123, and that part of Lot 17, D.P. 123, commencing at the north-eastern corner of the said Lot 17, and proceeding in a south-westerly direction for a distance of 30·3 links. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74697, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
