to be a member of the Kohukohu Domain Board, in place of Francis Cornelius Molloy, resigned.

to be a member of the Mainene Domain Board, in place of Frederick George Powell, resigned.

to be Registrar of Marriages and of Births and Deaths for the District of Palmerston, and Registrar of Births and Deaths of Maoris at Palmerston, as from the 15th day of December, 1928.

William John Hastings,

to be Registrar of Marriages and of Births and Deaths for the District of Little River, and Registrar of Births and Deaths of Maoris at Little River, as from the 14th day of December, 1928.

Gavin Eugene Pollock,

to be Assistant Clerk of Magistrates’ Court at Invercargill, for the purpose of the Magistrates’ Courts Act, 1928, as from the 1st day of January, 1929.

Arthur Richard Wallis,

to be substitute Registrar of Electors and Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Egmont, as from the 4th day of January, 1929.

Reginald Rolfe Wright,

to be Clerk of the Magistrates’ Court at Whakatane, for the purposes of the Magistrates’ Courts Act, 1928, as from the 4th day of January, 1929.
