G. and other parts Sections 45a and 46, Fitzroy District D.P. 4295; Section 836, part 59, part 23, and part 60, all in Grey District, and all on D.P. 3266; and other parts of Sections ls and 3s, Huatoki Settlement, in Block V, Paritutu Survey District; towards the south-east by Huatoki Road, 100 links; and towards the south-west by Huatoki Road, 1166·8 links, and Doralto Road, 1734·3 links: Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. Prohibiting the Importation of Goods bearing the Royal Arms.-- (C. No. 60.)

His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section forty-six of the Customs Act, 1913, as amended by the Customs Amendment Act, 1921, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prohibit the importation into New Zealand, save with the consent of the Minister of Customs, of all goods bearing the Royal Arms or any colourable imitation of the Royal Arms, or any design reasonably capable of being mistaken for the Royal Arms: Provided that such prohibition shall not apply to goods imported into New Zealand where it is proved to the satisfaction of the Collector of Customs that the Royal Arms have been applied to such goods with the consent or approval of His Majesty the King or other lawful authority.

Recreation Reserve in Wellington Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of, and declared to be subject to, the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Korau Park Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods 34·81 perches, more or less, being part of Section 71, Hutt Registration District, Block X, Belmont Survey District, and being Lot 235 on plan 8382 (Town of Korau Extension No. 5), deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and bordered green.
Also all that area in the Wellington Land District containing by admeasurement 1 rood 16·57 perches, more or less, being part of Section 73, Hutt Registration District, Block X, Belmont Survey District, and being Lot 27 on plan 8248 (Town of Korau Extension No. 1), deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and bordered green.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by section three of the Motor-omnibus Traffic Act, 1926, and of every other power enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council dated the twelfth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 64, of the fifteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.

The North-western Side of Portion of Garden Terrace, in the Borough of Devonport, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 14th day of January, 1929.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Devonport Borough Council on the tenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, viz. :-- "The Devonport Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Devonport, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of the street known as Garden Terrace, adjoining parts of Lots l and 2 on D.P. 373, being portions of Allotments 23 and 23A of Section 2, Parish of Takapuna" ; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-western side of the portion of Garden Terrace (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
The north-western side of all that portion of street, situated in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Devonport, known as Garden Terrace, fronting parts of Lots l and 2 on D.P. 373, being portions of Allotments 23 and 23A of Section 2, Parish of Takapuna. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74106, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
