A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Sutton Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:

A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 1 35 Part Section 1 ; coloured red.
0 1 0 Section 6 ; coloured purple.
0 0 32 Section 6 ; coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed :

A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
0 0 17 Section 2A ; coloured green.
1 0 7 Part Section 1 ; coloured green.
0 0 6 Section 6 ; coloured green.
1 1 30 Part Section 1 ; coloured green.

All situated in Block III, Sutton Survey District (Otago R.D.).

All in the Otago Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 73920, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of January, 1929.

APPROXIMATE area of piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 rood 9·9 perches. Being portion of Section 3 ; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Porangahau Survey District, described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I do also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection ten of the said section twelve; and I hereby direct that the area secondly described in the Second Schedule hereto and the area described in the Third Schedule be granted to Nathan George Hawthorn, of Porangahau, Sheep-farmer, for an estate in fee-simple.
