Judicature Amendment Act, 1913, and in pursuance of the recommendation of the Honourable the Acting Chief Justice, the Honourable Mr. Justice Adams, and the Honourable Mr. Justice Ostler, doth hereby revoke the appointment of the said the Honourable Sir Charles Perrin Skerrett, K.C.M.G., as a member of the Second Division of the Court of Appeal, sitting on the eleventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, and doth appoint the Honourable Robert Kennedy to be a member of the Second Division of the Court of Appeal sitting on the eleventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine; and in all other respects the aforesaid Order in Council of the eleventh day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, is hereby confirmed.

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street in the City of Auckland of a Width of less than 66 ft., but not less than 50 ft., subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Auckland City Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street, described in the Schedule hereto, of a width of less than sixty-six feet but not less than fifty feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side of the said street within a distance of forty feet from the centre-line of the said street.

SCHEDULE.
THAT proposed street, being an extension of Carr's Lane, in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 38 perches, being part Lots 8 and 9 of Subdivision of Lots 19 and 19A of Allotments 5 and 18, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74020, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Authorizing the Provision and Dedication of a Road in the County of Waitaki of a Width of less than 66 ft. but not less than 50 ft., subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 8th day of March, 1929.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Waitaki County Council on the eighteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight,
viz:-
"The Waitaki County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the County of Waitaki, doth hereby by resolution authorize the dedication of the proposed road (Arthur Street) coloured red on plan marked P.W.D. 73624, being part of Sections 34 and 49, Block IV, Oamaru Survey District, at a width of fifty feet";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the proposed road described in the Schedule hereto within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said road.

SCHEDULE.
THAT proposed road in the Otago Land District, County of Waitaki, to be known as Arthur Street, containing by ad-measurement 1 acre 0 roods 20-1 perches, being portion of Sections 34 and 49, Block IV, Oamaru Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 73624, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Authorizing the Minister of Public Works to erect, construct, provide, and use certain Works, Appliances, and Conveniences in connection with the Utilization of Water-power from the Mangahao and Tokomaru Rivers (situated in the Land District of Wellington) for the Generation, Storage, Transmission, Distribution, and Sale of Electrical Energy, in terms of Section 311 of th^e Public Works Act, 1928.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by section three hundred and eleven of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Minister of Public Works to erect, construct, provide, and use such works, appliances, and conveniences as may be necessary in connection with the utilization of water-power from the Mangahao and Tokomaru Rivers for the generation and storage of electrical energy, and with the transmission, use, supply, and sale of electrical energy when so generated; also to use electrical energy so generated in the construction, working, or maintenance of any public work, or for the smelting, reduction, manufacture, or development of ores, metals, or other substances; also to erect poles on private land, and carry wires over or along any such land without being bound to acquire the same, and with right of way to and along all such works and erections; and also to supply and sell electrical energy and recover moneys due for the same.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the St. Helen's Domain.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint James Collins, Walter Edward Ford, John Nicol, William Park Reid, Maurice Victor Reeve-Smith, Edward Tolme, and Narntella Nicklos Zadey, to be the St. Helen's Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and doth hereby appoint Friday, the eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, at half-past seven o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Aria Hall, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
ST. HELEN'S DOMAIN.—TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 1, Aria Village Suburban, Block X, Totoro Survey District : Area, 38 acres 2 roods.
