A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the East Coast Main Trunk Railway, Taneatua Section, and for a road approach in connection therewith (at approximately 94 m. and approximately 97 m. 50 chs.).

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

Altering the Boundaries of the Waitemata Electric-power District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section three of the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, and of every other power in anywise enabling me in that behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter, so as to include the area described in the Schedule hereto, the boundaries of the Waitemata Electric-power District, being an electric-power district duly constituted under the said Act.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, comprising the Town District of New Lynn as at present constituted. As the said area is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74712, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of March, 1929.
