ERRATUM.—In the Warrant dated the 31st day of October, 1928, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 82, of the 1st day of November, 1928, pages 3143 to 3156, classifying roads in New Zealand, on page 3152, in the Waipa County Council’s classification of portion of the Great South Main Highway in the third class read “to the northern boundary of the Hamilton Borough” instead of “to the southern boundary of the Hamilton Borough,” and in the same Council’s classification of the Ngaroto–Te. Awamutu Road in the fourth class, on page 3153, read “Allotment 54” instead of “Allotment 254.”
Settlement Lands in North Auckland Land District proclaimed to be National-endowment Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section forty-nine of the Land for Settlements Act, 1925, it is enacted that the Governor-General may by Proclamation declare any land acquired under the said Act to be, inter alia, ordinary national-endowment land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924 :
And whereas it is deemed expedient that the lands described in the Schedule hereto, and which were acquired under the Land for Settlements Act, 1925, shall cease to be settlement lands and become ordinary national-endowment lands for disposal under the Land Act, 1924 :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities so conferred upon me by the aforesaid section forty-nine, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date of the gazetting hereof the lands described in the Schedule hereto, which were acquired under the Land for Settlements Act, 1925, shall be national-endowment lands available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Otamatea County, containing by admeasurement 253 acres 0 roods 14 perches, being Lots 2, 3, and 4 (on deposited plan 21498) of Allotments M. 63, E. 63, 64, 65, and 66, Parish of Toka Toka, and Allotments W. 65 and E. 65, Parish of Omaru, the same being more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 21/149/245, deposited at Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of March, 1929.

Proclaiming a Road-line laid out through Kai-Iwi 6c No. 1 Block, Wellington Land District, to be a Public Road.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was, by an order of the Native Land Court made on the first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, duly laid off as a road-line, in pursuance of section thirteen of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1922 :
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section fifty-one of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913 :
And whereas one month’s notice in writing of the intention to proclaim the said road-line as a public road has been given by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district concerned, in terms of section fifteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914 :
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road :
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1927, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road-line described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road : 3 acres 0 roods 12·8 perches.
Portion of Lot 3, D.P. 3091, part Kai Iwi 6c No. 1 Block.
Situated in Block XV, Nukumaru Survey District.
In the Wellington Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/11, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2291, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of March, 1929.
