WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
has been duly set apart for municipal purposes: And
whereas it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the
Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Rotorua:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon
him by the fourth section of the Public Reserves and
Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that, from and
after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the
Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors,
and Burgesses of the Borough of Rotorua, in trust, for
municipal purposes.

him by the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and
Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that, from and after
the day of the date hereof, the reserves described in the
Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors,
and Burgesses of the Borough of Hamilton, in trust, for
recreation purposes.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Howick
Town District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods
9 perches, more or less, being Lot 17, Section 9, of small
farms near Howick. As the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/870, deposited
in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at
Wellington, and thereon edged red. (North Auckland plan
24863.)

Authorizing the Erection of a Public Hall on Hakaru Domain,
North Auckland Land District.

CHARLES FERGUSSON, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority
conferred upon me by subsection two of section four of
the Public Reserves and Domains Amendment Act, 1921-22,
I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby authorize the
Hakaru Domain Board to erect a public hall on that portion
of the Hakaru Domain under its control, described in the
Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District con-
taining by admeasurement 1 rood, more or less, being portion
