PURSUANT to the powers vested in me by the Cemeteries
Amendment Act, 1912, I, Arthur John Stallworthy,
Minister of Health of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby appoint Pita te Ai Richardson, of Ohakea, Bulls, to be a
trustee of the Fraser Family Burial-ground in place of Thomas
Fraser Richardson, deceased.
