A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Otahuhu Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 2 roods 0·7 perches.

Portion of Lot 1 on D.P. 20354, being part Allotment 13, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland.

Situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 20/185, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2285, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of December, 1928.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Waiwera Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I hereby direct that the land thirteenthly described in the Second Schedule hereto shall be granted to Frances Hellyer Koller, of Kaukapakapa, Widow, for an estate in fee-simple, and the land fourteenthly described in the Second Schedule hereto shall be granted to Robert Stanley Thompson, Manufacturer, and Harvey Turner, Agent, both of Auckland, for an estate in fee-simple, as tenants in common in equal shares.
