NOTICE OF CHANGE OF SURNAME.
KNOW all men by these presents (which are intended to be enrolled in the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Westland District, Hokitika Registry) that I, the under-signed NICHOLAS CHARLES JAMES, of Tainui, near Hokitika, in the Provincial District of Westland and Dominion of New Zealand, Contractor, and now or lately called “Nicholas Charles Juricevich,” do hereby, on behalf of myself and my heirs and issue lawfully begotten absolutely renounce and abandon the use of my said surname of “Juricevich,” and in lieu thereof assume and adopt the surname of “James,” and for the purpose of evidencing such change of name I hereby declare that I shall at all times hereafter, in all records, deeds, documents, and other writings, and in all actions, suits, and proceedings, as well as in all dealings and transactions, matters, and things whatsoever, and upon all occasions use and subscribe the said name of “James” as my surname in lieu of the said surname of “Juricevich,” so abandoned as aforesaid: And I therefore hereby expressly authorize and require all persons whomsoever at all times to designate, describe, and address me and my heirs and issue by such adopted surname of “James” only.
In witness whereof I have hereto subscribed my christian names of Nicholas Charles and my adopted and substituted surname of James, this 15th day of December, 1928.

I, SAMUEL MORROW, Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, Bachelor of Obstetrics, Queen’s University, Belfast, 1923, now residing in 162 Calliope Road, Stanley Bay, Auckland, hereby give notice that I intend applying on the 19th January next to have my name placed on the Medical Register of the Dominion of New Zealand; and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification in the office of the Department of Health at Auckland.

PARTNERSHIP DISSOLUTION.
TAKE notice that the Partnership hitherto existing between the undersigned WILFRED WILLIAM WINTER and DOUGLAS LE ROY GORDON, under the style or name of “Winter and Co.” has been dissolved as from this date by mutual consent.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between GEORGE McDONALD and DONALD CHISHOLM, carrying on business in Middlemarch as Blacksmiths under the name of “McDonald and Chisholm,” has been dissolved, and that the said Donald Chisholm has no further connection with the said business.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE Partnership heretofore subsisting between GEORGE EDWARD TAYLOR and ANTHONY LAWRENCE THOMAS, carrying on business at Kamo under the style of “The Kamo Butchery Company” has this day been dissolved so far as concerns the said Anthony Lawrence Thomas, who retires from the firm. Mr. George Edward Taylor has taken into Partnership EDWARD ROY TAYLOR, and the business will continue to be carried on by the new firm under the style of “The Kamo Butchery Company.” All debts owing to or by the late firm will be respectively received and paid by the new firm.

NOTICE is hereby given that by a deed poll filed in the Supreme Court of New Zealand in its Northern District under No. 280, I, PATRICK HORACE STAPLETON, of His Majesty’s ship “Philomel,” now stationed at Devonport, did assume the Christian name of “Patrick,” in addition to the Christian name of “Horace,” with the intent that I should at all times hereafter be known as PATRICK HORACE STAPLETON.
