Trade-marks.—Goods prohibited to be imported.

Customs Department,
Wellington, 9th January, 1929.
IT is hereby notified for public information that under the
Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks Act, 1908, goods of
the nature set forth hereunder, to which the trade-marks
described below have been falsely applied, are prohibited
from importation into New Zealand.
If any such goods are imported they will be liable to detention and to be dealt with in accordance with the provisions
of that Act.
A trade-mark is deemed, for the purposes of the aforesaid
Act, to be falsely applied to goods if it is applied without
the assent of the proprietor of such trade-mark.
Nature of Goods.
Non-alcoholic beverages, syrups for making beverages, compounds,
and concentrates
for beverage manufacture
The mark “Orange-Crush,” “Lemon-
Crush,” or “Lime-Crush,” in infringement of the Registered Trademark No. B. 21271, the property of
Orange-Crush Company of Chicago,

NOTICE is hereby given that the leases and licenses of the undermentioned lands having been declared forfeited by
resolution of the Auckland Land Board, the said lands have thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of
the Land Act, 1924, and the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, and amendments.
