THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby direct that the portion of Tahuna Road described
in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of the
gazetting hereof, be under the control of the Dunedin City
Council.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of Tahuna Road lying along the boundary
between the City of Dunedin and the Peninsula County in
the Otago Land District, extending from the eastern bound-
ary of Tainui Road westward to its junction with Victoria
Road at the boundary between the City of Dunedin and the
Borough of St. Kilda. As the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74003, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this 7th day of December, 1928.

Inspector of Scenic Reserves appointed.
CHARLES FERGUSSON, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section four of the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908, I,
General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
Islay McLellan
to be an Inspector under the said Act in respect to the scenic
reserves described in the Schedule hereto.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL scenic reserves in the Fiord County, situated in the
Southland Land District.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this 7th day of December, 1928.
