Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block II,
Rodney Survey District, Rodney County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Rodney Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road :—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
1 0 8·9 Allotment 22; coloured blue.
1 2 28·8 Part Allotment 23; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed :—

All situated in Block II, Rodney Survey District (Suburbs of Leigh, Parish of Omaha). (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 24745.)
All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 73583, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of December, 1928.

All in the Southland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 73797, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 acre 0 roods 37 perches.
Being portion of Section 22, Square 12; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 acres 1 rood 16 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 22, Square 12; coloured green.

All in the Nelson Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 72997, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fourth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight.
