the area described in Schedule B of a resolution of the Board
bearing date the 17th day of April, 1928, and published in the
New Zealand Gazette No. 37 of the 26th day of April, 1923, and
as added to by resolutions of the Board bearing date the 15th
day of February, 1927, and the 21st day of June, 1927, and
published in the New Zealand Gazette Nos. 11 and 54 of the
3rd day of March, 1927, and the 28th day of July, 1927,
respectively; and that special rate shall be an annually
recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be
payable yearly on the 31st day of March in each and every
year during the currency of such loan, being a period of
thirty-six and a half years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

TAKE notice that the Partnership hitherto existing
between STANLEY SEPTIMUS SARGENT and HARRY
ROADS, and carried on under the style or name of “Stanley
S. Sargent and Co.,” Paper-maker’s Agents and Manu-
facturer’s Representatives, Auckland, has been dissolved as
from the 31st day of October, 1928.

As from that date the said Stanley Septimus Sargent
shall carry on the said business at the premises of the late
Partnership alone. All debts due to the late Partnership
and all liabilities of the same shall be paid to and discharged
by the said Stanley Septimus Sargent.

NATIONAL TOURS, LIMITED.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the
matter of NATIONAL TOURS, LIMITED, a company duly
incorporated under the Companies Act, 1908, having
its registered office at First Floor, Lister Building,
Victoria Street, Auckland, where it carries on the busi-
ness of Motor Tourist and Booking Agents, and in the
matter of a petition for the winding up thereof by the
Court by Edna Edith Mitchell, of Auckland, Married
Woman, creditor of the said company.

BY an order made by the Honourable Mr. Justice Fraser
in the above matter, dated the 3rd day of December,
1928, on the petition of Edna Edith Mitchell, of Auckland,
Married Woman, a creditor of the above-named company,
it was ordered—

  1. That the said National Tours, Limited, company be
    wound up by this Court under the provisions of
    the Companies Act, 1908.

  2. That the Official Assignee in Bankruptcy at Auckland
    be Official Liquidator of the company.

  3. That the Official Liquidator may exercise any of the
    powers conferred by section 195 of the Companies
    Act, 1908, without the sanction or intervention of
    the Court.

  4. That the Official Liquidator shall be allowed in his
    accounts remuneration as provided by section 171 of
    the Bankruptcy Act, 1908.

  5. That the petitioner shall be allowed the sum of £10,
    costs and disbursements to be settled by the Registrar
    of and incidental to this order.

  6. That service of notice of winding-up be effected on any
    one of the directors of the said company.

ASSOCIATION, LIMITED.

In the matter of THE SOUTHLAND FARMERS’ CO-OPERATIVE
ASSOCIATION, LIMITED, and in the matter of the Com-
panies Act, 1908.

NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme
Court of New Zealand dated the 23rd day of No-
vember, 1928, confirming the reduction of the capital of
the above-named company from £175,000 to £107,000, and
the minute (approved by the Court) showing with respect
to the capital of the company (as altered) the several parti-
culars required by the above Act, were registered by the
Registrar of Companies in the 28th day of November, 1928.
