RESULTS OF EXAMINATION, 26TH AND 27TH OCTOBER, 1928.
NOTICE is hereby given of the results of the examination held under the Plumbers Registration Act, 1912, on the 26th and 27th October, 1928.

• Three of the candidates in Nelson did not obtain at least 40 of the marks required for the written portion of the examination, and so are not given the benefit of the pass in the practical portion.
  The highest marks obtained in the written part were 70, and in the practical part 85 ; the maximum marks obtainable in each case being 100.

  Election of Member of Marlborough Land Board.
  PURSUANT to section 47 of the Land Act, 1924, and regulations made thereunder, notice is hereby given that James Fulton, of Blenheim, has been duly nominated for election as a member of the Land Board of the Marlborough Land District; and as no other person has been nominated up to the time fixed for receiving such nominations, I hereby declare the said
