such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during
the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the
1st day of August in each and every year during the currency
of such loan, being a period of twenty years, or until the
loan is fully paid off.
The foregoing is in substitution for a resolution making
special rate published on page 1058 of the New Zealand
Gazette of the 21st April, 1924, which resolution is hereby
cancelled.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the
matter of the AKARANA CLAIMS, LIMITED (a Private
Company).
NOTICE is hereby given that the above company has
passed the following extraordinary resolution in terms
of section 168, subsection (6), of the Companies Act, 1908:-
That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the members
whose signatures appear at the foot of this resolution that
the AKARANA CLAIMS, LIMITED, cannot, by reason of its
liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to
wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be
wound up voluntarily; and that FRED TEMPEST EYRE, of
Auckland, Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed
Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up, to the end
that he may exercise all of the powers conferred upon
Liquidators by the Companies Act, 1908.
