A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a portion of the Wellington–New Plymouth Railway (Wellington–Tawa Flat Deviation) and for a Road-diversion in connection therewith.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of February, 1928.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 10 acres 2 roods 32 perches.

Being portion of Patetere S No. 2.

Situated in Block III, Horohoro West Survey District. (S.O. 24028/2.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 69447 (sheet 2), deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 1 acre 2 roods 34·2 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Allotment 210, Te Puna Parish.

Situated in Block VIII, Tauranga Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 23424/6.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 60323 (sheet 6), deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 1 acre 0 roods 7·5 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Rotomahana–Parekarangi, Section 6s, Section 2b.

Situated in Block V, Tarawera Survey District. (S.O. 23584.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 70341, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
