of Block 59, Patangata C.G.D., with the northern side of Ruataniwha Road; thence westerly by the northern side of the said Ruataniwha Road to the eastern boundary of Block 63, Patangata C.G.D., forming part of the existing borough boundary as described in the New Zealand Gazette, 1927, No. 39, page 1998; thence northerly by the western boundary of the aforesaid Block 63 and north-easterly by the aforesaid existing borough boundary to the north-eastern corner of Block 72, Patangata C.G.D.; thence easterly by the south-western boundaries of Block 49 and Lot 58 of Block 37, Patangata C.G.D., to the Wellington-Napier railway-line; thence south-westerly by the said railway-line to a point in line with the southern boundary of H. C. Chambers' property, as described in Certificate of Title, Vol. 96, folio 265, in the office of the District Land Registrar at Napier; thence westerly to and along that boundary to within approximately 200 links of the Great North Road; thence northerly by a line parallel to that road for an approximate distance of 900 links; thence westerly for an approximate distance of 1400 links, crossing the Great North Road, to a point in line with the north-western corner of Lot 1 on deeds plan No. 542; thence by a straight line to the said north-western corner; thence south-westerly by western boundaries of Lots 1–6 on the aforesaid deeds plan No. 542; and thence generally westerly by northern boundaries of Lots 16, 17, 18, 29, 30, 31, 55, the western boundaries of Lots 55, 54, and northern boundaries of Lot 57, all on the aforesaid deeds plan 542, to the eastern side of Warwick Road; thence northerly, westerly, and southerly by that road to the northern boundary of Block 58, Patangata C.G.D.; thence westerly by the northern boundaries of Blocks 58, 59, of said Patangata C.G.D., and southerly by Subdivisions 34–11 on western boundary of the said Block 59 to the point of commencement.

Notice respecting Proposed Alteration of Boundaries, Auckland and Suburban Drainage District.

Wellington, 1st November, 1928.
IT is hereby notified that a petition has been presented to His Excellency the Governor-General, under the Auckland and Suburban Drainage Act, 1908, praying that the area described in the Schedule hereto may be included in the Auckland and Suburban Drainage District. All persons affected are hereby called upon to lodge any written objections to or petitions against the proposed alteration of boundaries which they desire to lodge within one month from the first publication of this notice, such objections or petitions to be addressed to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Wellington.
SCHEDULE.
AREA TO BE INCLUDED IN THE AUCKLAND AND SUBURBAN DRAINAGE DISTRICT.
All that area in the North Auckland Land District bounded towards the north generally by Waitemata Harbour from Hobson Bay to the north-western corner of Section No. 40A, Parish of Waitemata, Rangitoto Survey District; thence towards the east by said Section No. 40A and Sections No. 39A to Purewa Creek; thence towards the south generally by Purewa Creek and Orakei Creek; and towards the west generally by Hobson Bay aforesaid.
