All persons affected are hereby required and called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, and to send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Education Board of the District of Auckland at its office in Wellesley Street, Auckland.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held this day, I, the undersigned JOHN GIFFORD RESTELL, of Auckland, Public Accountant, was appointed Liquidator of the above company (in liquidation) to fill the vacancy caused by the death of the late Liquidator, HUGO FRIEDLANDER.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 16th day of October, 1928, presented to the Honourable Charles Perrin Skerrett, K.C.M.G., Chief Justice of New Zealand, by Charles Augustus Brown, of Ida Valley, in Otago, New Zealand, Farmer; Andrew Scoular, of Matakanui, in Otago aforesaid, Runholder; Frank Mortimer Pyke, of St. Bathan's, in Otago aforesaid, Sheep-farmer; and Robert Mee, of Becks, in Otago aforesaid, Hotel-proprietor; all of whom are contributors of the said company: And the said petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said Court at Invercargill on Monday, the 19th day of November, 1928, at 2.30 o'clock in the afternoon, and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to oppose the making of an order for the winding-up of the said company under the above Act should appear at the time of hearing, by himself or by his counsel, for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same, by the undersigned, on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Auckland, dated the 25th day of October, 1928, confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-named company from Β£30,000 to Β£8,574 13s. 11d., and the minute, approved by the Court, showing with respect of the capital of the company (as altered) the several particulars required by the above Act was registered by the Registrar of Companies at Auckland on the 27th day of October, 1928.
