Regulations as to Electric-power Board Accounts.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 25th day of October, 1928.

Present:

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE SIR FRANCIS BELL, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council dated the nineteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and published in the Gazette No. 106, of the twenty-second day of the same month, making regulations as to Electric-power Board Accounts, and doth hereby order and direct that the accounts of every Electric-power Board shall be kept in a form containing particulars which will permit of accounts for each financial year to be readily prepared in the form set forth in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that this Order in Council shall come into operation on the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine.
