conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other
powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the
Matamata County Council stopping the portion of road
described in the Schedule hereto.

of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
revoke an Order in Council dated the thirtieth day of
April, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, and
published in the Gazette of the tenth day of May, one thousand
nine hundred and seventeen, appointing a Domain Board
to have control of the Ruakaka Domain, and doth hereby
appoint

Neil Donald Alison,
Charles Chapman,
Archibald Clapham,
William Cleaver, and
Frederick Pilbrow

to be the Ruakaka Domain Board, having control of the
land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby
appoint Saturday, the tenth day of November, one thousand
nine hundred and twenty-eight, at half past two o’clock p.m.,
as the time when, and the residence of Mr. Charles Chapman,
Ruakaka, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board
shall be held.
