A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests
Act, 1921–22, and section two of the Forests Amendment
Act, 1925, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart
the Settlement land described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State forest.


SCHEDULE.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.—CANTERBURY-OTAGO FOREST-
CONSERVATION REGION.

State Forest No. 92 (Pukerau Plantation).

ALL that area in the Otago Land District containing by
admeasurement 627 acres 3 roods 10 perches, being Section 40A and 47A, Conical Hills Settlement, situated in
Block IX, Waipahi Survey District, and bounded generally
as follows : Towards the north-west by the Waikoikoi-
Pukerau Road ; towards the north-east by the Landslip
Road ; towards the east by the Mason Road ; and towards
the south by Sections 13 and 9, Block IX, Waipahi Survey
District : As the same is more particularly delineated on
plan No. 213/1, deposited in the Head Office, State Forest
Service, Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of
October, 1928.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority
conferred upon me by section two hundred and twenty-three of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson,
Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim and declare the lands described in the
Schedule hereto to be set apart for special settlement as
inferior lands, [under the provisions of the said section two
hundred and twenty-three of the aforesaid Act.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles
Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in
Hilderthorpe Settlement described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a
road : 16 perches.

Portion of Section 19A, Hilderthorpe Settlement.

In the Otago Land District ; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 21/15,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2279, and thereon coloured
red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of
October, 1928.

section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir
Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the
land in the Heretaunga Survey District described in the
Schedule hereto.

Proclaiming a Road-line laid out through Te Haroto Native
Reserve, Hawke’s Bay Land District, to be a Public Road.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
was, by an order of the Native Land Court made on
the twelfth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and
twenty-three, duly laid off as a road-line, in pursuance of
sections forty-nine and fifty of the Native Land Amendment
Act, 1913 :

And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in
the public interest that the said road-line should be proclaimed
as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been
forwarded to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section fifty-one
of the said Act :

And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-line
should be proclaimed as a public road :

Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by sections
