Defining the Middle-line of a Portion of the Dargaville - North Auckland Main Trunk Railway (10 m. to 14 m. 48 chs.).

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a portion of the Dargaville-North Auckland Main Trunk Railway (10 m. to 14 m. 48 chs.) shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point in the Tangowahine Station yard in Block VI, Maungaru Survey District, marked 10 miles (which point is the termination of the middle-line defined in Gazette No. 69 of the 6th October, 1927, and shown on plan P.W.D. 69622), and proceeding thence in a westerly then southerly direction generally for a distance of about 4 miles 48 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c., viz: Portion of the Waiaruhe Block shown on D.P. 635, Blocks V and VI, Maungaru Survey District; portions Omu Block, on D.P. 2405, portion Ounuwhao Block, portion Ounuwhao No. 3 Block, Block V, Maungaru Survey District; Section 2, Block IX, Maungaru Survey District; again portion Ounuwhao No. 3, Block V, Maungaru Survey District; portion Ounuwhao No. 2 Block, Blocks V and IX, Maungaru Survey District; portion Ounuwhao No. 1A 6 Block, Section 1; again portion Ounuwhao No. 1A 6 Block; again Section 1, Ounuwhao No. 1B 4B and No. 1B 4A Blocks shown on Native Plan 10431, Ounuwhao No. 1B 3 Block, closed road, portion of northern portion Kaihu No. 2B 3 Block, portion Kaihu No. 2B 3 Block on D.P. 5141, Section 4; again portion Kaihu No. 2B 3, and Section 5, Block IX, Maungaru Survey District; and terminating at a point on the north-western boundary of portion Section 38, Block IX, Maungaru Survey District, marked 14 miles 48 chains; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses : All in the North Auckland Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 73565, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of October, 1928.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Mangaoporo Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 45 perches.

Being portion of closed road adjoining Lot 1, D.P. 2877, being part Manutahi 1B 1.

Situated in Block XVI, Mangaoporo Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 1333, brown.)

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 73251, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of October, 1928.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in the Invercargill Hundred described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:-

In the Southland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/2545, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2275, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of October, 1928.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Paritutu Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I hereby direct that the land firstly described in the Second Schedule hereto shall be granted to Arthur Charles Pegg of Inglewood, Farmer, for an estate in fee-simple, and the land secondly described in the Second Schedule hereto shall be granted to Samuel John Bishop of Tarurutangi, Farmer, for an estate in fee-simple.
