fund under the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, and by making to such sinking fund payments at intervals of not more than one year, at a rate or rates which shall not be less than the rate of two pounds per centum, such payments to be made in respect of every part of the said sum for the time being so borrowed and not repaid, and the first payment to be made not later than one year after the first day from which interest to the lender is computed on any moneys so borrowed; and subject to the further condition that no portion of interest or sinking fund shall be paid out of loan-money.

The Southern Side of Portion of Banff Avenue, in the City of Auckland, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of September, 1928.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the twenty-fourth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, viz.:
“The Auckland City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of street known as Banff Avenue, adjoining Lots 1 and 3 to 12 of Allotments 34 and 34A, Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of the portion of Banff Avenue (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE southern side of all that portion of street situated in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, known as Banff Avenue, adjoining Lot 1 and Lots 3 to 12 of Allotments 34 and 34A, Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 72281, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern side of the portion of Peacock Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE northern side of all that portion of street situated in the Canterbury Land District, City of Christchurch, known as Peacock Street, fronting part Town Reserve 73. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 73080, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Regulations under the Destitute Persons Amendment Act, 1926.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the Destitute Persons Amendment Act, 1926 (hereinafter called “the said Act”), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council made under the said Act on the fifteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, and published in the Gazette on the twenty-fifth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, and in lieu thereof doth hereby make the following regulations.
REGULATIONS.

REGISTRATION under section 8 of the said Act of a copy of an order made by the Supreme Court in the exercise of its jurisdiction in divorce or other causes and matters matrimonial for the payment of any weekly or monthly amount to or for the benefit of any wife, or husband, or any child, or children, shall be effected as hereinafter provided.

On presentation of a copy of an order at the office of any Magistrate’s Court an entry shall be made by or at the direction of a Magistrate exercising jurisdiction in that Court in the Criminal Record Book of that Court as of the day on which such copy was so presented.
