Land proclaimed as Roads, and Roads closed, in Block XII,
Ruakaka Survey District, North Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir
Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as roads the land
described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby
proclaim as closed the roads described in the Second Schedule
hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROADS.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as
roads:-

more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S.
26/19059, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands
and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2268, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of
August, 1928.

Altering the Boundaries of the Peel Forest Park.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon
me by section four of the Peel Forest Act, 1926, I,
General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the bound-
aries of the Peel Forest Park as described in the Schedule
to the said Act by including therein the lands described in
the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
RESERVE 4216. Block II, Orari Survey District. Area:
l acre 0 roods 6 perches.
Reserve 4217. Blocks I and II, Orari Survey District.
Area: 7 acres 1 rood 5 perches.
Reserve 4218. Block I, Orari Survey District. Area:
8 acres 1 rood.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of
August, 1928.
