THE following resolutions passed by the Legislative Council and by the House of Representatives are published in accordance with section 362 (3) of the Land Act, 1924.

EXTRACT FROM THE JOURNALS OF THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL, WEDNESDAY, 2ND NOVEMBER, 1927.
RESOLVED, That the report of the Lands Committee upon paper 236, relative to the proposed reservation as endowments for primary education of certain lands in the North Auckland and Otago Land Districts, be agreed to.
